Too often the meatheads just don’t understand that you have other priorities. I happen to spend a majority of my week working with busy parents and professionals who have little time to dedicate to themselves just like you.
Plus my wife and I juggle two businesses (which are way more than full time for us), 5 kids busy with extracurricular activities, one of which has a chronic illness, and twins who are 2. I’ve walked a mile in your shoes and I can tell you getting in the best shape of your life is within reach.
